- Access to our online property management system, RentPro, allowing you up-to-date information and reports on your property portfolio. Existing landlords can login here.
- Advertising your property locally and nationally on our website and others such as Rightmove
- Conduct accompanied viewings on your property
- Undertake a comprehensive tenant selection process which we feel is second to none
- Prepare tenancy agreements
- Advise on compliance with statutory regulations
- Arrange Gas Safety inspection (CP12)
- Collection of rent
- Depositing the bond in a Government Approved Scheme
- Provide you with a clear and concise rental statement each month
- Provide you with 24/7 access to our unique software so that you can check your rent, a repair or pretty much anything you like to do with your property any time you want
- Undertake 6 monthly inspections of your property and provide you with a comprehensive report which will include digital photographs
- Liasing with tenants on an on going basis
- Liasing with the Local Authority and dealing with claims for Local Housing Allowance (LHA)
- Arranging for repairs / planned maintenance to the property once your approval has been granted
- Dealing with any emergencies which may arise at the property and keeping you informed at all times
- Arranging for tenancy renewals
- Advising you on rent increases as required
- Serving appropriate notices on the tenant / tenants
- Tenant check outs

We recognise that some Landlords live locally and don’t mind the hassle of having to deal with their own repairs. It’s for this very reason that we have developed our let and collect service. For a pre agreed monthly fee we will: -

The final service that we offer is designed for the “hands on” Landlord who wants the comfort of knowing that there tenant has been through a full and comprehensive vetting process. For a pre agreed fee we will: -
- Advertising your property locally and nationally on our website and others such as Rightmove
- Conduct accompanied viewings on your property
- Undertake a comprehensive tenant selection process which we feel is second to none
- Prepare tenancy agreements and inventories and hand these over to yourself to ensure the successful on going Management of your property.
